Our award-winning Women’s Empowerment Project, led by Globalteer, supports women in rural communities near Cusco, Peru. Through educational programmes, we help girls understand their rights and gain the confidence to take control of their futures. The project introduces topics rarely covered at school or at home, enabling young women to develop crucial knowledge and life skills. As they grow in confidence and capability, they not only transform their own lives but also inspire and uplift other young women in their communities.
