Why the Wish List Matters
In rural Siem Reap, access to sport and sporting equipment is very limited. Village schools are asked to teach physical education, but few have the equipment, space or trained coaches to do it.
Our local coaches run weekly football and volleyball sessions, physical education lessons and after-school clubs, and we provide the balls and equipment. Every item on our Cambodia sports wish list helps keep those sessions going for more than 2,500 children across 7 villages and 9 schools.

What Is on Our Wish List?
These are the things that keep our sessions, leagues and festivals running for children in Cambodia:
Footballs and Volleyballs
Our coaches run weekly football and volleyball sessions in villages and schools, and we provide the balls for every one.
Many children own just one school uniform and one other set of clothes. A team shirt gives them identity and belonging.
Training Equipment
Coaching kit helps our coaches run organised, safe and fun sessions, from warm-ups to matches.
PE lessons teach warm-ups, stretching, how the body works and how to handle injuries and bruises.
Equipment for around 25 young women who play, lead and run the annual Globalteer Games.
Sports Festival Equipment
Everything needed for festivals that bring around 1,000 children from eight centres and schools together.
How to Donate
The easiest way to help is a donation. Donations pay for the coaches, sports equipment and weekly sessions children need, and even a small amount goes a long way in Cambodia.
You can give one-off or monthly, sponsor a set of team shirts (£250 / US$300 covers 15 shirts with your logo), or, from the USA, donate with tax relief through GlobalGiving.
