Helping Hands

is a grass-roots aid organisation empowering young Cambodians living in poverty to help themselves.

Our main vision is to ‘give a hand-up’, not a ‘hand-out’.  Through education, we empower our students and their families to break out of a life of poverty in rural Cambodia.

Helping Hands operates a school in the rural village of Prasat Char, around 25km from Siem Reap town.  Taking an holistic approach, we aim to touch every aspect of our students lives, with our three main areas of focus:

Health Care and Nutrition
Social Care

Helping Hands is more than just a school, we aim to provide a safe-haven for our students, where children can be children, and where learning, growing and playing go hand in hand.
